Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you of a recent Policy change at our hospital, effective Dec. 4,2024. Unfortunately , we have seen a tremendous rise in no call/ no shows for scheduled appointments. This is taking appointment slots away from sick patients in need. This is also causing an increase in the number of work-ins as well as greater wait times. It is our goal to be available to our many patients during their times of need. Therefore, to prevent having to unnecessarily turn away unwell pets, we will be instating a No Call/ No Show Fee of $35.00 that will be applied to the account. This fee must be paid before additional services are provided. We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments so we can open those time slots for sick animals. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will be forfeit and you should expect a wait. This is to prevent other scheduled appointments from experiencing excessive wait times. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, our top priority is providing top notch care to our beloved patients when they need us most.
